Wasn't there some sort of push to get pre-orders for the previous third chrons books? Something to do with helping sales numbers for best seller rankings upon release?

There was -- but sustained sales also help the rankings on Amazon.

I hope SRD's publisher does a BIG push for this book. People will buy the previous three books, too, if they know this is the last one in the series.
