Terrible nightmares last night. I was on the top floor of the World Trade Center, which happened to be ocean side. I was on the top floor, which was all glass and huge dark tsunami like waves were crashing into the building. The were taller than the building. I was alone and was sitting against the wall away from the waves. I could feel the building swaying with each wave. Then I saw my dog run by and she was all weird looking, terrified. I kept thinking that the waves were subsiding but each time I looked there was another wave.

I'm exhausted.

Dream this morning where I was apparently on holiday or something. At least, I was staying in hotels.

And when I say hotels, I mean in this dream I for some reason booked into one hotel, took my bags into the room, then went over and booked into the hotel I was actually staying at. I was storing my bags in one place but staying in a better one. It took a very long time for me to realise there was anything odd about this. (The realisation began only when I realised I must be paying for two hotels and trying to remember why I'd arranged it like that.)

There was also a part where I and a few other people (can't remember who) were setting up to play a game of Pandemic. We noticed that it was dark outside even though it was 10am. I was meant to sort out the cards for the game, but they were printed on loose A4 paper instead of actual cards (and so were very difficult to shuffle), and instead of the normal Pandemic cards they were a mix of all sorts of cards that had nothing to do with the game, and even a few comic pages.

I had dreams the other night about having an asthma attack and found it hard breathing (I have only had two asthma attacks in my life when I was pretty young, but never got diagnosed for it). I'm starting to wonder if I should get tested for sleep apnea.

Long, complicated, weird dreams last night. Not really worth going into, but I will say that part of it involved me being shot through the leg with an arrow.

Might be worth getting checked.

In the dream, I took my bank card out of my wallet and looked at it. The number was wrong - most of it was right, but the second set of 4 digits was completely different from my actual card number. After I realised this, I saw that the name on the card was "Mr B A Faker". It was only after spotting these things that I realised the card was made from something like cardboard or polystyrene.

So my card had been stolen, and replaced with a fake. I tried to think about when this might have happened, going through places I'd used my card over the weekend. Then I remembered I'd used it to buy shopping just the day before, and that I can't have lost it since, and I knew that I was only dreaming.

I had a nightmare about starting a new job that turned out to be, well, nightmarish. Waaaay too realistic for comfort.

Incidentally, for those playing at home, I did get checked, and I apparently have severe sleep apnea. I now have a CPAP machine, and I hate it.

Well, last night I dreamed something...I don't recall what it was about at all.
All I remember it that for some reason my wife and I and about 10 other people she works with were hanging around and Nathan Fillion [from Firefly, Serenity, and Castle, for those who don't know him] was there...
And revealed, for no reason I recall, that he was really a woman. No surgery or gender roles or anything else. Just a woman with good make-up, custom clothes, and Spanx.
That's it.
Sig-man, Libtard, Stupid piece of shit. change your text color to brown. Mr. Reliable, bullshit-slinging liarFucker-user.
the difference between evidence and sources: whether they come from the horse's mouth or a horse's ass.

I have one too, and it's pure unadulterated hell.

Hee...if I were going to have a crush on a man, I think he'd be a pretty good choice.

Ok, so given some recent threads I wasn't going to post this, but it's truly so funny that I can't resist, and no I am not making this up.

This morning (that's Saturday morning), I woke from a nightmare...it was a recurring scene, over and over again, where me, my nephew, and two people I didn't recognize kept trying to escape a log cabin in a VW van up a winding road. Imagine if you will Scooby Doo meets Texas Chainsaw massacre...I would wake up as the villain chasing us caught us, then fall back to sleep, and we'd be running for the van again and driving off, only to be caught by someone chasing us again.

That someone was a zombie SRD with a chainsaw in one hand and a Staff of Law in the other hand, screaming something about copyeditors and TLD.

He never caught us because I kept waking up and going back to sleep...but if he had no doubt we would have died...
