Wow, that's an 8 stone loss. Hope for me yet then. :D

Congrats, Io!

Forgot to post again last Friday -- 26.4 lbs. gone now. Dunno how many stone that is. ;) And I refuse to speculate on where I'll be, weight-wise, in June.

Last Friday, I started the weight loss process again. Stepped on the scale and saw 212lbs. Stepped on it today (5 days later) and it said 202lbs. Drinking what seems like a ton of water (over 2.25 liters a day), Breakfast of Oats yogurt and berries. Lunch is a salad as big as your head (no cheese or croutons). Apple with almond butter or berries and yogurt for a snack, and Dinner is either a lentil salad and baked sweet potato, or a chicken salad and quinoa. Never really hungry, but in reality I am a stress eater, so at the moment, I'm not all that stressed. Had a c concert last night, so added some berries and yogurt (for carbs) to the dinner. Gotta have energy.

I had just gotten into the habit of eating after Opera Workshop rehearsals. There's a reason they call it the Poundarotti Syndrome....

Congratulations to you all.

It's easier when you have more to lose. ;)

Gods, I love the English system of weights and measures. No round numbers for anything. :D (Although the English have been better about getting rid of the system than Americans have....)

10 stone 10 this morning (150 lbs). If I carry on at this rate I should be 10 stone by the time I come to ABQ.

Mine's slowing down, too. :( I've had a run of events over the past week -- our big Decennial Club dinner at work last Thursday, brunch with friends Saturday, Mother's Day dinner Sunday. I tried to pace myself, but it's freakin' hard. Plus I think a certain amount of "lifestyle change" fatigue sets in after you've been doing it for a few months, no matter how much more you have to go.

This Friday will be our final Weight Watchers at Work meeting, unless we've somehow miraculously come up with 15 people who want to do another session. I'm okay with that. I was about 90% sure I would just continue with the Etools anyhow.

Same problem here. Chinese on Sunday evening. We always have one after I have been on duty at the research centre as I don't cook a dinner that Sunday - it's once a month. And this coming weekend I'm going to London with one of my room-mates from college and ex bridesmaid to stay with another of my room-mates and ex-bridesmaid and it has been suggested that I should "relax the diet"!! Still, I'm pretty pleased with what I've managed so far, and there are still a few weeks to go. The difference in the stomach region is amazing.

My weight loss has slowed down, as well. Although I didn't gain in Passover, I also haven't been back on track since then. I need to get back on the band wagon so I'll look good for my son's wedding. :)

Got told by the doctor this week at my semi-annual that my weight was higher than he'd ever known it to be. Guess I need to buckle down again...before and after Elohimfest next month, but not during. ;)

Seems I didn't put any weight on while in the US, in spite of the larger meals. I did get a lot more exercise than usual.

This morning I was 10 stone (140 pounds). Time to start eating a little more I think. :D

Nice job! :) I gained a pound over Efest, which I expected would happen. Back on the wagon today...
