I've been going in phases are far as albums go. Right now, I am totally in love with: Tommy by the Who (I am now convinced: it is the single best album I have ever listened to. it blows em all outta the water) and Weezer by Weezer, a.k.a the Blue Album. Awesome rock-pop.
How about you?
In love with an album

If you ask me, I think the one truly great album by The Who is Who's Next. But then again I also think that Golden Slumbers by The Beatles is better than the collected work of the 1980s.
Anyway, rhetoric aside, I don't operate in phases as far as albums go. Once I fall in love with an album the affair lasts forever. Such albums are:
Wish You Were Here, Abbey Road, Houses of the Holy, Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band, Pet Sounds, The Beatles (White Album), Who's Next, In Utero, and Nevermind.

If we're talking the Who, I'm mostly into their early singles - like "The Kids Are Alright", "I Can't Explain", "Substitute" and so on. But the "extended edition" Live at Leeds is a tremendously good live album, although I could have done without the 20 minutes or so of instrumental doodling in the second half on the album.
