Okay, I'll bite...

Favourite Doctor
1 ) Ten (David Tennant)

Haven't watched any of the new ones much, but used to watch it a lot as a kid. Didn't really see any of the first two Doctors until they became available on video.

Anyway, here's mine:

Favourite Doctor
1 ) Four (Tom Baker)
2 ) Three (Jon Pertwee)
3 ) Ten (David Tennant)
4 ) One (William Hartnell)
5 ) Two (Patrick Troughton)

7 ) Nine (Christopher Eccleston)
8 ) War Doctor (John Hurt)
9 ) Six (Colin Baker)
10) Eight (Paul McGann)
11) Seven (Sylvester McCoy)
12) Five (Peter Davidson)

No opinion on Peter Capaldi yet either, as I haven't seen him in the show.

Favourite Companion
1) Sarah Jane Smith
2) Brigadier Nicholas Lethbridge Stewart
3) Wilfred Mott
4) Martha Jones
5) Rose Tyler
6) Amy Pond
7) Harry Sullivan

3) The Master
4) Weeping Angels
5) Autons
6) Sontarans

Really? No Romana in any of your companion lists? I could understand not including K-9 if you hate fun....(which is why Null has him in the list, good for you!) :P

I didn't ever feel that Romana had that much substance, particularly the first incarnation. After regenerating I always thought of her second incarnation as a little annoying.
