Broken Home

Found this while surfing.

Broken Home

No candles are lit,
A home with no place to sit.
A broken home
All alone.
Just in my head,
Everything is dark and dead.
Once a mind filled with happy thoughts,
Is now thisted into singed knots.
Bleeding from the inside out,
A broken home without a doubt.
It tears me up inside,
Becuase I have no place to hide.
Crumbling walls and broken glass.
I hope this broken home will not last.

Thank you for the welcome. Deer! Bit by bit, I'm straying outside of my "comfort zones" in the Watch, and hope to come back here for more. I'll probably start with reading the shorter compositions first.
