I agree, Ando is a great character and it'd be sad to see him go.
You're right, there is a good chance that some trickery is afoot. It's possible that the hero that dies might be a new character. Either the radiation man or some other hero that could be introduced tonight?
Oh well, we'll know soon enough.

It wasn't a new character who died, it was
Eden

Which broke my heart! I love her so much.
But yay for Issac! I knew he could do it!
My questions:
Who is the Hatian really working for, or did he spare Claire's memory for his own agenda?
Maybe Peter explodes because there are just too many mutants around him and his body just can't handle it all?

I assumed the Hatian and Eden both agreed that Claire's dad was doing things wrong, so they A) freed Isaac, B) Let Claire remember her powers (I really think dad told the Hatian to wipe her memories of her powers), and C) tried to kill Sylar. Peter may have just come in contact with the guy who explodes and absorbed his power. What I wonder about is how Hiro finds himself in the Jurassic age.....

I agree the haitian decided it was important for Claire to remember, and disobeyed the order. It seems the Haitian is also reporting up to Dr. B's boss, in order to keep Dr. B honest.
I too had the thought that Peter is starting to overload. He's been in contact with Sylar, Claire, Dr. B, the Haitian, and Claire, and nathan, all in a short period of time. I don't think he's exploding in the season finale (His vision) because of an overload, but, I think he's sick now, and the vision was apossible future if he doesn't elarn to better handle it, or, as one psoter pointed out, he's merely "powering up" in that scene, and not exploding. Did he get dreaming from Simone father? He seems to have held onto that power.
Hiro, I'm not sure the painting is of him actually fighting a dinosaur, it may just be he is in a museum, or something chasing an enemy, and the dinosaur is merely a museum exhibit and we don't see the actual enemy

Could it also be that Peter is the dead Hero? I mean, Eden wasnt really a Hero. More like a Super-for-hire. Plus he didnt look like coming back when Nathan was shaking him.
Also, did Peter die when he fell of the stadium thing with Sylar? Then he came back to life because of Claire? So mabye he is having residual effects from dying without healing as his natural power. I thought he looked a little zombie-ish this last episode.
That hatian dude totaly freaked me out. Seemed like a perve. *can you keep a secret* Uhhhh. *shudder*
It seems like Nathan can cause some strange side effects when copying a persons power like with Parkman. I wonder what would happen if he copied the Hatian, and then blocked out the Hatian's blocking power. Would that even work?

Previous Casting Spoiler reiterated again. Do not read this block if you don't want a casting spoiler for the coming episodes
Peter is not dead. A spoiler says he is getting a mentor played by Christopher Eccelston.
This one is related to only the Fall finale, no spoilers for future episodes
I believe Peter's problem is overload, look at how many MetaHumans he's been close to in a very short time, he's not used to all that all copying. Plus, Dr B. said Sylar was likely to have given himself a nasty something by changing his DNA so many times. Peter would likely ahve been exposed to that when he was copying Sylar

I think Sin is right about that! Can't wait for end of Jan! Also, you know what else is coming back soon? 24! Whee!

Anyone watch the latest episode?
It's nice to see Nathan finally taking all of this special gift stuff seriously--of course it only took his brother's comatose state to convince him to do so. Being a politician I wonder if he'll play a role in uniting the gifted folk.
Did anyone see the preview NBC aired a half hour before Heroes? I assumed it was a scene from the episode that aired that night, but it wasn't in the actual episode--unless I missed it somehow. Odd.
In the preview, Radiation man receives an instant message on his laptop despite not having an internet connection. Turns out the instant messenger is a woman who can travel through wires or satellite signals or something. She appears in his cabin to tell him that she too has been abducted by whoever it is that's tracking down the gifted people. She reveals the same mark Radiation man received from "Them." She then says that she can get to them/locate them with her special ability and Radiation man can destroy them with his power.
There are soooo many explanations for the nuclear blast Hiro witnessed it isn't funny!

Tulizar, there are also spoilers hinting to us who that woman is from the preview:
She's apparently Claire's natural born mom

Whoa! I wonder what how what her connection with Mr Benett is.
How/why he ended up with Claire.

I don't know about that folks...I think that
we are being fooled. Why would Claire call a perfect stranger "Mom" as she does in the preview...even IF it is her bio-mother? I think it is her adoptive Mother having decided to come clean...or perhaps she has been released from some contro of siome sort?

Dr. B kidnapped her 15 years ago (like he does with all of today's Meta-Humans) and something went wrong. As a result of what went wrong, Claire's mother died, and Dr. B inherited Claire (At least this is the story that Dr. B told Eden)

I can't wait to see how all of that plays out.
Does anyone think Bennett has a power? He must have something else besides the Haitian heavy to back him up. I might be totally off, but I think there's something about his glasses. There some scenes in a few episodes when Bennett is either shown cleaning his glasses or his glasses are focused on by the camera. Who knows?

Well, Claire's mom is definitely a new character. I'm going to go ahead and guess her dad will be, too.
