How do you feel today?

Remember Vs. Don't be nervous. It's only your entire life this depends on, and if you screw up you might never recover from the blow... just... relax.variol son wrote:I do have a psyc test to study for, but it's multi-choice, so not too scary.
I have a sweet soothing calmness about me, don't I?
Oh wait...

Good news. It's not bone cancer (as my doctor had half-feared considering my symptoms)
I have thyroiditis. Unfortunate infection. Not treatable by antibiotics. It has to "run its course"...which could be two weeks or a few MONTHS. GAAAH!!
At least my neck/back don't feel like they're being stabbed with cold knives. Mr Garrison was wrong. Drugs are NOT bad, m'kay? Naproxen is my new best friend. However, I am left feeling like I lost about 50 IQ points, and my muscles now feel like spaghetti which has been boiled for about 5 minutes.
But I'm here...

Sorry Sarge and thumbs up to my soon to be addicted Elfgirl.
I always thought that people who complained about their backs were just babies.
Until I had issues with mine.
Now I would understand if you were taking crack for the pain.
I feel...........confused.
I thought my company was going to be or already was sold.........
Business is horrible, worst in 5 years.........
But I just got a raise.
I'm not complaining.
And no, no rounds of beer on me.
My wife told me that it's already spent!
(Of course I still expect the worst)
