Unfortunately, that's how it is typically made here in the states. The noodles are boiled to death first, then layered in the casserole with the sauce, cheese, and fillings.

Dat's right, dAN...I have too much weight on me at the moment, so I'm trying to drop a few kaygees to get my arse sliding down the slopes a little easier.

True, the extra padding would benefit the fall factor, but I prefer to remain upright on my board as long as possible and avoid the effect of gravity! ;)
