I don't take many pictures on my phone, but I do have a few old ones sitting on it I might upload. Unfortunately, most of them were taken with the camera set to its smallest image size.
Here's one I put on my comp a while back, showing the chruch and graveyard across the road from the house I was living in last year:

A shame it's such a small one, though.

Rainbow over Central Hall, University of York (taken 2 years ago):

You can just about make out the ducks and geese in the foreground.
Streetlit foot/cycle path on edge of campus, taken at about 3am (more than 1.5 years ago):

Saw it lit up in contrast to the pitch black around and thought it would make a good image, but it came out quite yellow and fuzzy because of the lighting and the way the phone auto-adjusts for brightness.
View from my bedroom window at sunset (taken about 1 year ago, while visiting home rom uni):

That one could have come out a lot better than it did.
