I was raised as a Mormon, and you guys know I like trees. Perhaps there's something to this theory.

Well I come from Druid stock and my middle name means High Priest of the Ashen Grove...(so yes Brinn, I was actually born a true tree-hugger :D)

(I myself was raised a country boy in a farming district, where the ecological/environmental motto was "If it moves, shoot it. If it doesn't, chop it down." Is that wrong?)

No. You just need a lawn mower to ride around in and you'll be my friend-down-the-street's dad. Oh, and a Bob the Builder umbrella-hat to wear when it rains.

Interesting, count me in as another mormon suffering from arboreal tendancies. The aspens are particularly spectacular this week.

Pray tell, which of our resident forestals is in charge of the aspens? You have my deepest respect!

"This just in : Rituals Of Desecration to be legalised!!!!!"

Well, as long as it's gone through the U.N. first, we should have nothing to worry about.

I'm told that the current Australian Federal Government would like to do this but they're having trouble getting it through the Senate.

Kind of makes me a firm believer in the checks-and-balances of democracy all over again, Dr. Paul.

I tried to order a Ritual of Desecration from iHerb but apparently they are not allowed to ship this product to Australia. They did have lesser impact Rituals of Aggravation that were ok to ship.

Last time I came back into the country I had a six-pack of RoDs I'd picked up at duty-free, and all customs had to say is "What is that on your shoes? Is that DIRT?"

Sounds like customs has effectively developed a new Ritual of Confiscation.
