ISO 25 - 50 35 mm film is my favorite because the exposure is very slow and enables a photographer to capture some truly amazing shots.

If you could go back in time to witness any event, what would you most like to see?

The creation of the Constitution. I'd warn them about a few things.

Monkey or bunny?

by Auleliel
dlb, that is exactly what I was thinking about when I wrote that question. :D

I'm not sure what the monkey/rabbit question means. I have a bunny, and was born in the year of the Rabbit, and I don't really enjoy the company of monkeys. I think monkeys make better movie characters though.

If you could go into any book, as an existing character or as yourself, what book, what character, what would you do, and why?

Oh that's easy. I'd be Thomas Covenant immediately at the Soothtell, knocking aside Clave riders and ripping iron doors off hinges. ;)

If you suddenly had $1 million dollars (tax free of course;)), what would you do with it?

I'd buy a million lottery tickets.

How would you react if you were accidentally locked into a grocery store over night?

I'd whip out my cellphone and call the cops to come and let me out. Trying to stay on the diet here.... ;)

Hail, because Mother Nature deserves to be able to remind you that she can still smack you in the head.

A cuddle, a nuzzle, a kiss...

What simply takes your breath away?

Tongue kiss (edit: actually this was the answer to Andy's question, but I'll let it stand for this one too)

Microwave popcorn or movie theater popcorn?

Posted: Wed Jul 16, 2008 5:57 pm
by CovenantJr
Microwave. The quality of the popcorn itself isn't much different, and microwave popcorn comes in butter flavour, which cinema popcorn doesn't (at any cinema I've been to, anyway).

Do you enjoy gardening?

Well, "enjoy" may be too strong a term. I've got some plants in pots on the balcony and I like it when they behave themselves and bloom. (Hmm, maybe I shoulda let danlo answer this one... )

What's your favorite season?

Autumn......warm but not hot days, cool nights, just the feel of the air in general. The leaves.....wish it could be autumn all year round!

What's gonna pull your wagon? Ox or mule?

I am wholly un acquainted with oxen so I have to go with the mule.

When did you first realize that in spite of your childhood plans you were never going to become a____________? (Astronaut, President, Explorer etc.)

My dreams of being an astronaut were killed when I got glasses in 3rd grade. It was crushing.

Why is there no "I" in team?

Posted: Wed Jul 16, 2008 10:31 pm
by magickmaker17
Because there isn't! Hmm....maybe I should look into how you spell team in other languages and find one where the word does contain the letter I...maybe later.
However, if you rearrange the letters, you can make 'me' out of team. Which is just as good in my book!

What is your favorite time of day(or night), and why?

by CovenantJr
The time, about 3.30-4.00am (at this time of year) when the birds begin to wake up. The blaring racket of the human world is largely silent, but the rest of the world continues to go about its business.

What's wrong with young people today?

by Auleliel
Waddaya mean what's wrong with young people? I'm a young person, and nothing's wronger with me than with the next person, no matter what the age. We perceive qualities we don't like in people who are different from us faster than in people who are similar to us, and we're less forgiving for "different" people too.

If given the opportunity to live forever, would you take it?
