Pantera's Vulgar Display of Power is the most complete metal album ever made... (IMHO)
But I love any 'album' by Stravinsky, Tchakofsky, Mozart or Beethoven.
And no, these two types of music really aren't that different...
one is simply much louder, with less instruments.

I haven't got that one... I've got Cowboys From Hell and Reinventing the Steel. I've heard good things about Vulgar Display though.
