I guess that's what "lol" means down under. But up here I'm pretty sure it means "laugh out loud".-jay

OK, my last sugguestion, if it hasn't already been sugguested, is that we make a new topic for this first week of discussion, AKA don't have the discussion in this already cluttered topic.-jay

Yes, I think it would be a good idea to have a new topic per chapter.

I'm going join too but I'll have to get my re-reading of Lightbringer Trilogy out of the way first, and that is slowed by school work. Expect me to be late.

I think that was the idea .. a new page for each read ..

foamy - :P

and I want to just clarify my last post .. when I say LOL means .. umm  'lots of love'.. well personally when I type that I dont really mean exactly - literally that .... just lol .. like no offence .. like no hard feelings .. like no worries mate .. like that was funy lol .. like good one mate .. like .. err you know .. stuff like that .. but nice stuff .. lol ..

ok? lol ..

I tend to disagree - lol means *laughing out loud* - that's the way I was taught ;)

Well, I know there will be a new topic for each chapter.

I was just saying that we should make a new topic for when the discussion for this weeks chapter comes saturday and not just continue it in here.-jay

Hi Y'all. Ok, I'm in for the group read. I'm already to chapter 4 though so I'll just go back to LOTR/TTT that I was reading till we get the discussion under way.

I'm in agreement on the use of Covenant related acronyms. Saves a lot of typing.

my fav acronyms:
BTDT - Been There Done That
BTW - By The Way
JMTC - Just My Two Cents
IMHO - In My Humble Opinion
HTH - Hope This Helps

and of course
LOL!!!!!

I probably won't be there for the live discussions, but I will post extensively on the chapters as we read them. This will be great.
