Print on Demand is the first thing that comes to mind, since I used to work in the book industry.

Piece of Dalek is the second thing that comes to mind, because I'm weird.

Talk away. There is an actual WoW thread in the game forum, but I'm fine with keeping it here and making the non-WoWers roll their eyes. :P

I'd say that's fairly weird.

Yeah, I don't know where that came from. I was just thinking 'Piece of... what starts with D? Dalek!'

Could be a fairly dire insult, depending on what piece. (I suspect it's the plunger thingy.)

The Prince of Darkness can be fairly mean. (Although usually Sharon keeps him in line.)

But I wonder if the P and the O are "Plain Ol'". As in Plain Ol' Damn Mean. Or maybe Plain Ol' Drunk mean.

How do you determine how direly the insult may be taken? Don't they threaten to Exterminate at the slightest provocation?

I don't think one uses it to insult Daleks - at least, I wouldn't. I can't speak for Sarge's mother-in-law.

That makes sense. I was better at acronyms before I started working at a place that uses 'clr' as an abbreviation for both 'clear' and 'color', and 'bl' as an abbreviation for both 'black' and 'blue' - not to mention 'rdnt or' as an abbreviation for 'radiant orchid,' when it should obviously stand for 'rodent orange'.

If you mean the Daleks, they aren't robots. :P

What class are you playing?
Hunter. Tauren hunter.
My family voted, and they basically determined that this was the character I needed to play.

Just got my first animal companion. (You can see I have not played a ton.)
It's a big cat (prowler) that I named "Mrroowwwl," with reference to that one xkcd with the bobcat...

Hadn't seen that comic before. That's cute. Hunter is a good class to start with - it's easy to do stuff on your own, and you're a valuable addition to parties. My first character was a hunter - Night Elf, but I'm reformed now and mainly play horde. Have you seen Petopia? It's the site for hunter pets. (This one is my favorite.)

Well, it's halfway through the month and we'll be a bit over 1K. We're on track to crack 2k after all. But this may be the first month this year that we fail to better the previous years total for the month.

Still, you never know... ;)

It's been really slow around here.

Last July's post count was affected by the post-Elohimfest surge and the beginnings of the "Whither the Watch?" campaign to reverse the withering of the Watch. From here on out, it will be more challenging to surpass year-prior post counts because we are competing against months when we were already striving to increase postage.

With U back at his post, we should be seeing an uptick, but we have to keep trying...

Spirit leopard... it would just look cool to have one of those pacing alongside you. And I bet they do awesome stuff, too.

Not available to me, but I aint gonna worry about it... just plan to slowly poke around on this game. And yes - petopia... I am that kind of lazy person who will just let someone else look at the stats of the different animals, and be like, "Eh, sure... that sounds cool."

Is the subliminal message working?Nice post!

That's the way to do it, especially your first time through. Enjoy the scenery. Too many people are in a rush to get to the max level, and they miss a lot of interesting stuff.
