I am positively drooling now.... Oct 21 is so far away!!!! Its torture!!!!
It's even worse knowing the answers to your speculations and not being able to say anything...
When does that second book come out again??
I'm well into my third read.

This is totally off the top of my head... but wasn't there some mention a while back that time is distorted in the 3rd chronicles?
Perhaps Linden is in the Land at some point in time other than after the 2nd chronicles?
That would explain some of the things being read.

Good point. If time is distorted and Linden was able to return to the Land during a time when the Haruchai were still Bloodguard.......

I don't really know what to do with this topic right now. Perhaps I should leave it here for new people and to whet the appetites of folk who haven't read Runes, yet. I was thinking about moving it to the Runes forum where the
Kresh could devour it uttely, but maybe that's premature...
It's interesting looking back at this after I've just passed this spot in Runes. I got many of the Cords names close, but, of course really had no clue who Liand was--and it's a sodden shelter not a tent--also it was an
intent to procure hurtloam for Linden--none was actually administered. As for the Bloodguard/
Haruchai deal it's really a Ramen thing you wouldn't understand till you read the book. Now, if you've peeked at this spoiler, you're
really frustrated!
