Well, since my friend is only off Thursday, it looks like I'm going to have to watch it at midnight, after all. Going to eat at the local Chinese joint when we meet up, and then we'll have some caffeine or something, since it'll be such a late showing.

Drove by the local cinema, about an hour after tickets for Episode III went on sale. There was a huge line, and it was raining, so turned back home. Will go back there in a couple hours. Hopefully things will be cleared up--both the rain, and the line. I'm going to get two tickets for Thursday, 8 PM, for my friend and I.
EDIT: Amazingly, something went my way. I drove up there two hours later and got my tickets without a hitch! Thursday will be a good day. Gonna wake up, eat some breakfast, go jog, shower, loaf around till my friend comes to pick me up. We'll eat at the local Chinese restaurant, and then we'll go over to the 8PM showing of Revenge of the Sith. Oh, and did I mention I've been off all this month and will continue to be off until June 6th? I win!

Well, a bit longer for us, but my kids are halfway to the moon with excitement.
Not to mention my husband. He was saying the other day that he wants to get to the theater about an hour before the starting time, so we can be in the front of the line and get good seats.
