A couple of issues Esmer: First and foremost this is a forum for lighthearted fun and games. The content of your post above is innappropriate and misplaced. I Request that a mod split this thread and move it to the Think Tank where it will be more appropriate.

Second, you are employing an emotional appeal to make your point which is a logical fallacy. You are also using generalization which is another no-no.

Arguments of this ilk are easily countered by either pointing out the inherent fallacies or countering with similiar emotional appeals:

CAUTION: THESS VIDEOS ARE UNSUITABLE VIEWING FOR THE YOUNG OR FAINT OF HEART. The following videos display graphic scenes of torture including Iraqi's being thrown from 3 story buildings onto concrete. Limb, hand and tongue amputations. Breaking of arms. Executions and a cornucopia of many other practices routinely committed under Saddam's regime.

I would suspect that those in these videos who survived to witness the downfall of Saddam might counter that Bush is indeed a hero to them.
