Yes, keep in mind that cities aren't off-limits to followers of other deities, nor are they exclusively inhabited by worshipers of that deity.

But as far as armies go, it's just your worshippers right?

I don't imagine it would be wise to put your army in another god's city without permission. :) That would push the limits of even Love's wonderful disposition! 8O

That depends on the kind of dogma you have. I have no problem seeing evil gods drafting everyone they can lay their hands on into their army, and controlling them with their worshipers, whereas good gods likely make sure their army is made of their own worshipers.

The deadline has been extended to midnight GMT on tuesday (between tuesday and wednesday), so that people like Avatar or Argothoth can take part to this turn, given the abundance of events.

Elfgirl, I haven't received your moves for this turn... if I don't hear from you in two hours, I'll be forced to consider you didn't act at all this turn :P

No, other people cannot tell me "she said she'd do this for me..." :P

Hey, what gives?! According to my clock, she had 3 hours and 18 minutes from the time you posted that!

Much better *pats Bhakti on the head* :D

Seriously, though, I don't think I'll be able to update until about 8-9 hours from now at least, so Elfgirl has lots of time yet, don't worry :)

Allright, I'm updating the turn now. A couple of notes:

1) If it is not too much of a problem, please try to avoid sending me two or more messages about your moves in each given turn; corrections, changes and additions set up in different messages all make up a mess which is hard to set in order, especially if you didn't specify how many DRPs you're putting in each venture (or if the total number of DRPs you claim you're spending in the end is higher than what you actually can spend). As things stand now, I receive an average of 25-30 pms for each given turn, most of them correcting earlier pms: it takes time to sift through all of them in order not to miss anything, and mistakes can be done. Take your time thinking about moves and consulting with the other gods, and send me a single message, even just two hours before the end of the turn if needed. This would streamline the update, help you see whether you actually have the power to do all the things you want to do, and make my task much easier, thank you.

2) It has come to my attention that a few of you have stopped telling me how many DRPs they are putting in each of the actions they require. In a few cases, I have been given a series of actions, all of which would require DRP expenditures, but which are more than the current amount of DRPs the deity can afford to use in a single turn. Please, when sending me your actions, remember to tell me how many DRPs you're using for each of those actions. Lacking that, if I receive, say, seven actions and you only have four DRPs, I will have to choose randomly which ones will be "powered" and which ones won't. No complaints afterwards!

The AllFather has spoken :P

Edit: I'm afraid I need to delay the updating a few hours: I was just summoned for an urgent meeting at work, and it's pretty important, so I'll send out the updates when I'm back. Sorry for the delay!

Sorry, I forgot about the DRPs.

Crap! I don't even think my DRP's move up or down! How do I know how to keep tabs on that? I'm female fcs - DRPs are like a credit card for me; I don't know the balance until I max it out! I'm also not good at balancing checks either....

The first post of the pantheon thread contains your stats. That's your Divine Rank Point and your number of worshippers. The more worshippers, the more rank.

Each turn, your DRP's get replenished, but they don't accumulate.

You can assign them to give any action some divine power. The more points you use on an action, the more powerful it will be.

I am spending 1 point on fighting the demon right, and another point on making a city.

Personally, I find it's best to only inform Xar of my moves just before the turn ends, (or as close as I can make it), because often circumstances change. I keep my moves til the last possible chance I have, and thus only have to make them once. :D

I find that's the best solution, myself... of course, you are more than welcome (and in fact, encouraged to) discuss problems in the Pantheon thread before posting your moves!

Xar, do we get to just choose where we build a city? Can we build a city in another deities lands, and if so does it take more power to do so?

Just thinking that surely the north is enough for Quee. :D
