dung sticks to it, and burning dung hurts it. Therefore with enough dung it was possible to kill the firecat.

Ack, have to guess...was it because the Mordants ran out of oil to torch it with?
Halfway down the stairs Is the stair where I sit. There isn't any other stair quite like it. I'm not at the bottom, I'm not at the top; So this is the stair where I always stop.
