Huggles to duchy from me as well, my condolences for your loss. May his soul find peace and light, and may the Father's arms embrace him.
Update on Isaiah...HE'S OFF THE RESPIRATOR!! This man is a fighter.

He is still very sick, but being off the respirator is an encouraging sign. His temp is hovering around 101, and he is still heavily sedated, but breathing on his own.

Keep praying everyone.
Peace to all

Oh, I will be praying for him, and for dAN's brother as well...for all who need or might need healing, in fact.

Update on Isaiah: The reaction to the Ampho B has been controlled, however, because his throat closed, he now has a trach and is back on the respirator. Speaking will now be very difficult for him. His temp is still riding high, because the infections are being stubborn and won't relent. They have moved him to ICU to better monitor his condition and have listed him as "critical".
Keep the prayers coming, God bless you all.
Peace...
Tracie

Ah God.....
It's hard to remember how to pray, after so long....but the heathen is trying.
God be with you Shadow, and dAN's brother, and Duchess

Oh, birdie, there is no right or wrong way to pray, just talk to God, He hears.
And Vs, thank you for your prayers and words of love. I will convey them to him when I go back to the hospital tonight.
there is not really much change for Isaiah today. I read to him from Stephen's journals and he smiled, so I know he hears me and knows I'm there with him. He's fighting.
Huggles all

Furls, you are one of the strongest people I've gotten to know, albeit it virtually.

aww..huggles to you Dromond
I just do what my heart tells me to do, simple as that.
I love all my Watch friends..you are all the best
I think we all need this next entry from Stephen's journal. Isaiah especially liked it when I read it to him today, it made him smile and brought a tear to his eye, and he managed a nod.
"Sing with me waves of the sea"

Needing escape, I drove today, out to the cliffs around Monterey, where the ocean, in all its fury, throws itself against the rocks. And I heard music in the madness of it’s blind rush forward. And all that is me wanted to leap from the cliff where I stood into its lunatic fray. How sweet it would be, to lose myself in such wild beautiful song, drown in its cacophonic harmony. Ah, but the Father held me back and I had to be content to just stand there, while the wind swirled and joined in with the music of the sea about me. Amazing, that I could find peace within the midst of such chaos. I threw off all my clothes, outstretched my arms, and in full voice I shouted out at the open sea…
Sing with me waves of the sea
Your endless surge of song exalts
Timeless, age-old teller of tales
Sing the joy of freedom’s infinity
Carry me on the rush of you
Away from my land-life fate
And sing sing sing with me waves of the sea
Bear me Home, tide dancers of the deep.
Tis good no cops came about, but there were a few passersby that hooked their appreciation or their disgust at my naked backside. I believe I was even photographed. Ah, but the moment, the few moments I stood there, offering my body, heart and soul to the sea, I felt a peace beyond all words. I felt eternity, for the sea is eternal, unfailing, and its song will sing on for eons after I pass from the world. How sweet it is, that I shared that song, even if it was just a blink in eternity’s eye.

God, I can see him so clearly! He must have shone too brightly to look at at that moment...

Fantastic!!!!!
And aren't you quite the hippie! You'd have done well in Woodstock, not far from me. Now I have a new mission in life! If that photograph of you has been put on the net, I'll find it so I can put it in Motley Crew.

Uplifting and bright, my brother always found joy in the world's music. In another entry he wrote, "if you listen close you will hear music everywhere, it's in the breeze rustling through the trees or blowing dried leaves across a sidewalk. And it's in the ocean as giant waves crash against a rocky cliff. And it's in a mountain lake as it laps lazily along a sandy shore or just lays tranquilly as birds call and sing to each other over head. And it's in a deep forest, with the chattering and twittering of the wood animals and a lone wolf braying mournfully at a full moon. And it's in the galloping hooves of hundreds of wild free horses, voicing the joy of their freedom with many a loud niegh. It's everywhere, Tracie, it's in your children's voices as they laugh or sing or just talk about their favorite cartoon. Everywhere."

LOL!!!! Well, he
was born during the "summer of love". The year of woodstock, maybe it's karma worked it's way into his soul. July 27, 1969: Stephen Clarke McKinney graced the world with his presence, gives new meaning to the phrase "summer of love"...at least to me it does.
I remember laughing my fool head off when he told me what he had done, but then I remember crying as well, because of the beauty that moment held for him. He really did want to leap from the cliff into those crashing waves. This is one event I wish I had seen. Because, as birdie said, I'm sure his light was shining in full brilliance and all who did witness it, were momentarily blinded.

Update on Isaiah: He is still in ICU and still on the respirator. His fever has broken, which is very good news, means that the meds are finally doing some good on his infections. He is still covered completely with a hive-like rash, along with an outcropping of new KS lesions.
I passed on to him all of your well wishes and love, and he smiled, put his hand to his lips and blew a kiss to all of you. Thank you all, it made his day.

His recognition of such things comes as no surprise.

Stephen, now there is someone who knew how to live.

I wish I could have seen him at that moment.
All my love to Shadow, Furls.

I hope he gets much better very soon.
