Noob. Okay:
If I equip the item I will collect the appearance, which will be usable on all my characters. The item will then be bound to me, and can't be traded to another player.
The item is worth somewhere between 80-100K - and as Murrin noted, tokens are selling for around 40K, so it's worth about $30 in real life money, if you want to look at it that way.
If it was a garden-variety rare drop I would sell it without hesitation, but the 'no longer available' aspect makes me hesitate. I think I will hold onto it for a while. I am into transmog, and the right shirt can be an asset to an outfit. Pride is next month, and while it's unlikely that I will win the costume contest, I do intend to compete. Also, shirts are allowed on Naked Karazhan Night.

Demon Hunters are available on Tuesday. I am hoping the actual pre-Legion stuff starts as well, though I can't find any info that isn't speculation. I can't work up much enthusiasm over the new class. They look cool, but so did Death Knights, and I never managed to get one of those past level 60. I wish I could play melee (cat Druid!) but I have long accepted that it's not something I will ever be good at.
Working on wrapping up old content right now - mainly mount farming, with transmog collecting on the side.

The invasion stuff is very, very buggy. I was trying to do the Crossroads invasion on an Alliance character, which won't flag you if it's working properly, but it kept resetting and leaving me flagged and frozen in the middle of a Horde town. Now I'm dead and I get disconnected every time I try to sign in. Oh well, I wanted to go to bed early anyway.

Token prices have been dropping - down to around 37K. Not a huge drop, but considering how inflated the currency has been for the past year or so, 3K in a month isn't too bad. Will be interesting to see if it continues to drop in Legion. I suspect it depends on the amount of money generated by the Class Halls. Which will almost certainly be less than what the Garrisons were producing, and probably more work to obtain, so we'll see. I have enough tokens to pay for my account until January, and I'm holding off on buying more until the economy stabilizes.

Boo to US prices. Why can't you be paying 70k like us over in the EU?
Anyway, I resubbed with my spare Token yesterday and am just trying to get used to changes. It's so annoying the way they've changed stuff around so much, some of it fairly arbitrary. (Like replacing Cleanse with Cleanse Toxins on Paladin, or swapping Recuperate for a new heal spell on Rogue, or renaming Capacitor Totem to Lightning Surge Totem.)
I hadn't realized there was such a big difference in Token prices. Has it always been that way? Ours started around 20K, and the climb was pretty steady at 1-2K per month. I know it all revolves around supply and demand, but that doesn't explain why there's such a big difference.
I'm still getting used to all the class changes. Liking what they did to Disc Priests, though I didn't at first. Resto Druids changed the least out of classes I play, but I still reach for abilities that I no longer have, such as Stampeding Roar. Beastmaster Hunters lost a ton of abilities, including traps and nearly anything that could be used for CC.

Yeah, it's always been a big difference. 70k is low, a few months ago it was 80-90k. Over on the Asia servers the prices are in the hundred-thousands.
My Monk doesn't seem to have changed much, after playing a little. Not sure I like it really. My (Prot) Paladin, though, is amazing. Most fun I've had playing Paladin since WotLK, so glad to be rid of Holy Power.
I haven't actually played the (Frost) Mage yet, but it seems like it has too few buttons to press. My Rogue on the other hand has so many I have no idea what to do with them.
I'm gonna eat my words and confess that I actually like the Demon Hunter. I doubt I will ever raid on one or make one my main, but I probably will actually play and level it in Legion.
Now if only I hadn't given mine a ridiculous name. You'd think I would have learned that lesson by now...

I've almost finished getting all my toons to level 100. Had 4 90+ which I've dinged, got my Demon Hunter done, and levelled a new DK to level 93 so far. Invasions are pretty nice for it. My wrists aren't happy with me, though, after I did 25 levels and 3 Broken Shore scenarios today.
The invasion exp is really nice, though part of me is glad it will be gone before I completely burn out on it. I got 3 very neglected alts from 90-100. Actually, one from 87. Thinking I should let my DK out to play - she's still 60, but I feel that would be a waste of time since there's a reason she's been gathering dust since Wrath. Which is why I'm surprised to be enjoying the Demon Hunter - I can't play melee.

This will be the first expansion where I won't be online at launch, which is a bit disappointing, but probably not a huge loss. Technically I could be there, but having to be at work before the crack of dawn tomorrow... I'm getting too old for that sort of thing. For Wrath and Cata, I went downtown to pick my copy up at midnight, and was too tired to play by the time I got home. MoP, I played for maybe an hour before going to bed. WoD, I was on until about 6am, but there was all the trouble with Garrisons not working on the first day, so there's that. Hopefully it will be a smooth launch.

I must say that the invasions have been a good experience. People have been surprisingly nice overall, and there's even some RP on RP realms. Way back in a text-based game I used to play on AOL (back when that was a thing) there were random unscheduled invasions of the cities (usually when the mods were bored) - which were nice for bonus exp, loot, horrible death if you were AFK, etc. Helped keep things interesting.

So quiet. Everyone must be busy leveling. Got my Horde Priest to 110. Slowly working on my Hunter and Druid, but mostly focused on the Priest because there's still so much to do. I like the new world quests. Some of them could use a little fine-tuning where spawn timers are concerned, but they help keep things interesting. On the fence about the Class Hall. Mine doesn't seem to do much yet. In some respects that's good - I get that they don't want people spending all their time hanging out there like in the Garrisons, but I basically just pop in once a day to send out missions. I always forget to pick up the buff item that I chose for tier 2 - should probably see what the other option was, but currently halfway through building tier 3, which takes a week.

I'm the same with the daily buff. Never pick it up. And once the class campaign is done the missions are just more artifact power and gold over time, I guess. I expect there'll be other stuff once I get my champions upgraded.

Only 7 level 100s ... I think I have 20

And Stormbreak is now 110! Shammy healing is fun.
I think Sorus has at least 7 level 100 PRIESTS
He/She who dies with the most toys wins! Wait a minute ... I can't die!!!
Two 100, one 110, one that's 85 or so on the second account that I rarely use. I don't think I invasion-leveled her. Nope, just my Rogue on that account.
Only four Priests. Do you think I should make a couple more? Not any time soon. I already feel like I'm falling behind. Seeing people running around with the title from finishing the class campaign, and I don't even have the missions for the second phase yet. (I swear I saw a person with the title last week, and I don't know how that's possible even if they were playing 24/7.) Seeing people finishing heroics when I'm not geared enough to even enter one yet. Not my favorite part of a new expansion, especially since I'm expecting the raid team to be more competitive than usual this time around due to key players defecting to the Alliance.

I finished my class campaign on Monday morning, and it could probably have been done a little faster (if I'd dinged first day and got the missions in immediately after the previous finished, for example). Some classes have longer campaigns than others, though.
As for heroics and gearing for them, I found world quests very easily got me into 825+ gear, and together with upgraded class set items I actually outgeared heroics before I did any. (They are super easy, and not much different from normal mode.)
