I got a legit copy of R:TW at Christmas and played it some more. The patches made it a bit difficult for me, as they nerfed the cavalry units somewhat. I love the whole family tree aspect of that game though. I'd always get the family members who weren't sane enough to run a city, so I would give them a huge army and just cut them loose!

I've been playing Full Spectrum Warrior on the Xbox. I was expecting an FPS with added strategy elements and that isn't what I got. It's either brilliant or boring, haven't decided which yet.

Been playing a lot of Minesweeper lately :)

Also, just reloaded Divine Divinity. I love that game, and I swear, this time I'm gonna beat it!

Need for Speed - Most Wanted. My daughter (who has far more free time with the PS2) kicks my butt frequently in the two player race mode. I currently rank No. 11 in the single player game. My daughter is No. 6 and climbing fast. :-)

Tomb Raider: legends on PS2. Eidos has finally found someone to take us back to the classics of Tomb Raider - Simple controls, great puzzles, and an engaging storyline. This is combined with superb new graphics and a couple of new extras to make a really enjoyable game.

And Lara's breasts are now of a slightly more realistic size. :D

I'm not going to do very well, methinks. I made the mistake of trying to foil the other romans by buying northern territories from Gaul and Dacia, but it's just made me overstretched with two fronts.

I've been playing Dark Cloud 2.

I have the first one - played it for a while, then got a bit tired of it. Pretty much standard RPG stuff, but taken from a very different angle story-wise and with an interesting execution. I'd probably have played it more, but there were other things that caught my interest, I think.

Yes, play wise it's pretty standard, but the concept is sufficient to keep me interested. So far, at least.

Started a new game of Final Fantasy VII. Going to try to finish it this time.
(I got bogged down in one place last time and eventually lost interest. In fact, how about someone helps me out there:
Spoiler
I think it was just after the end of disc one, and I was floating in the sea on something - a plane, I think. Ended up on Wutai, where there's this tower you can fight a series of bosses to get to the top. I couldn't win, kept trying but couldn't get any further, and eventually lost interest in the game. Now, what I'd like to know is, where was I supposed to go when I was in the sea? I was too low level for the Wutai bit. I think I went to the wrong place, but there was nothing to tell me where I should have gone.
