Beware!!!

Post by Ryzel »

Now with all this talk of dreams I say only beware:
I have often wondered why there are tyrants and I have come to the conclusion that it is because some men remember their dreams.
Anybody know where that quote is from?

I really like that quote, Ryzel! It sounds like something Voltaire would say. ? :?

Good Lord! I think I'll count myself lucky to have missed whatever that was! :?

Dushess, I am fervently glad you didn't mean forever! I just read this whole thread, ( I really am fanatical about catching up on everything I missed when I've been gone awhile.) and for a bit there it looked like you were gone for good, and maybe Danlo too. Yikes! :(

And I'd probably be wiser to refrain from any other comment.

bump

Post by Zephalephelah »

Skyweir wrote:*bump for zeph*
Hey I appreciate the bump. I should have done a search on "lena" or on "rape". I did one on "raping" and came up blank. Or switch the last two. Anyway, I did perform a search but nothing came up. Therefore I made my post.

But in other forums I attend, I don't jump all over someone because "it's been talked to death" either. I realize that they are new & that they haven't yet talked about it. Besides, even if I did a search and said what I had to say chances are high that someone would say 'why are you resurrecting these old topics from May??????'

(((anyway, thanks for the way you did it. You didn't insult. You bumped a couple old threads and showed that there was a lot of talk about the subject before. I guess the problem is that I knew I had a different slant on the thing and that reading people's views isn't the same as participating)))

Funny thing about lena. I'd say she deserved it.

Dromond, I have come to the conclusion that this person just does this to cause these types of reactions. People like this just love to rile and provoke outrage...then laugh about it. I find it very lame myself.

And Zeph, I'm sorry if you feel I am "attacking" you. But, if you make a post like that, what do you expect?
And I believe in you
altho you never asked me too
I will remember you
and what life put you thru.

...for then I could fly away and be at rest. Sweet rest, Mom. We all love and miss you.
