Same! And I'm a slow reader to add to it...

Orlion, I've added a couple of chapter threads in the Real Story sub-forum. Do you want to do it this way?

PS. I've read the first 5 chapters and although I haven't found any errors yet, it's hard to look for them because I'm so HOOKED on the story!! Must. concentrate.
Yeah, that'd be perfect! I'm assuming you're using B&N e-book, so if you are or not, I think posting what type of e-book you're using in the "Who's Reading?" thread would be good.

*edit: I see StevieG all ready beat me to the punch and all ready did this. :)

And don't worry about being hooked to the story... it'd be good if this was an enjoyable experience for everyone involved 8)

Steve asked me to get an update on the error checking. Does anyone have anything to report? Is there a list of who is working on which book?

Good question.

Mr Donaldson awaits your assistance, people!

Progress: I am in the middle of planning a way of actually doing it.

I bought the eBook, but, unlike posting in political threads, I can't find a review it at work. :)

StevieG has all ready worked out a sizeable list of errors in The Real Story. Once things settle down with school, I should be able to start on one of the other books.... :lion:

Why a lion, you ask? Just so that I could have used it!

I only have a couple of chapters to go with The Real Story, and then that'll be done...

Similar to others, I've had a recent change of circumstances which doesn't allow me as much time, but I'm keen to finish this one off, and keep going. :)

I've had a glance at your threads. Detailed work, Stevie. Impressive.

Thanks CovJr :D

Actually, I've found it very difficult to concentrate on errors because I have been engrossed in the story again. If we get around to it, it would be good to have multiple reviewers...

:S I've finished the Real Story

It's the first time I've read the Afterword - quite interesting!

(probably should get the errors into one post I suppose... )

I sent these on to Steve. He asked me to pass on his heartfelt thanks. Also, the error checking has now been taken up in a more official capacity - so there's no need to continue with the proofreading here.

Thanks again!!

Ok, I've folded the sub-forums back into the main one. No posts lost, just been shifted into this forum.

Carry on.

Hmmm, could maybe merge all the Real Story threads into one? If you could be bothered of course...

What mods? :P

You could always just delete all the Real Story threads exept "The Real Story - Summary of Errors" since this is, well, a summary!
