GREAT film. i am a dave robicheaux fan in a major way and never figured an actor like Baldwin for pullin him off. complex character in epic tragedy. i have a Robicheaux's Dock and Bait Shop hat from New Iberia, LA. Baldwin was great and the two actresses were cast contrary to their usual types and it worked really well. mary stuart masterson is always good. always. Hatcher plays Roberts' wife, right? she was pretty good too. like Kelly Lynch as the good girl.Fist and Faith wrote:I bought Heaven's Prisoners just so I can see Teri Hatcher naked. but quintessential james lee burke is Baldwin's monologue that opens the film. brilliant.
i guess you can tell i don't feel in the LEAST guilty for liking THIS film!!
