Come visit, Sir! We're preparing to have another round of winter weather tomorrow and Saturday--just as the worst of the ice melted in today's 50 degree temperature. :)

Man, I'm sold! Now I just have to figure out the best way to ship you some of our snow. We have plenty - total snowfall for the year has been around 60 inches so far - our average for the year is usually about 55 or so, and we have another month and a half (or so) to go.

You guys have gotten up to 50? I'd be in shorts sunbathing for that. It feels warm these days if we make it to 20 degrees.

What I wouldn't give to see spring right now. Sigh.

However, next month I will be visiting my mother in Louisiana for Easter. I'm sure by then it'll be swimming weather. I can't wait!

:o Generally, around here at least, we're doing well if we manage an inch of snow for the year.

Yay, Fist!

Yep, that looks nasty. Must've been even nastier for people on the road.

It's not storming today. . . just cold. It rained pretty much the entire day Saturday. I wonder where all the water went? 8O It may be a good thing to go take some photos of the river on my day off tomorrow! :D

Hey, I think you gave me your storm. You can have it back, unless it cancels school.

Got down to zero celsius tonight. The coldest it's been in twelve months. Bit of frost.

Pssh. When I was a kid, we would have killed to have gotten with thirty degrees of freeze! A moist russian summer we would have called it! :P

Heh, I've had some fun discussions with The Leper Fairy about winters. She's from Montana. Still reeling from the revelation that people have to put little heaters in their cars' fuel tanks to stop the fuel freezing into some kind of gel. I didn't know that could even happen.

We're gearing up for another round of sleet, ice and maybe even snow. It should come in late tonight.

Well, keep it out there with you for awhile, huh? It's supposed to be here on Friday. I'm hoping it holds off 'til Saturday because then I can just stay in bed....
