I heard that there's alot of potty prejudice in Oregon, but this is the first time it's reared its ugly head here. ;)
Hey, we are very particular about potty privacy here... 8)

The English POS ...errr... I mean The English Patient. So boring I couldn't bring myself to finish it.

The Thin Red Line. Booooooring. In its defense, the cinematography was good, but what is the point of having this massive ensemble cast of big names and only having most of them appear for less than 5 minutes?

The Last Samurai. The Last Time I'll Watch It, more like. :P

Any Batman movie directed by Joel Schumacher. 'Nuff said. :x

The Time Machine remake. Geez...talk about underwhelming. I personally like Guy Pearce as an actor but even he couldn't save this flick from itself. Dragged on too much, only to abruptly end all of a sudden as if to compensate for the fact that they wasted the first hour and half.

onewyteduck,
We just finished watching Anchorman. People thought this was funny?
Sorry, but I must step up in defense of the great Anchorman. That movie is AWESOME. It is the essential quotes movie, IMO everything Ferrel and several other characters including Brick say is hilarious. It will go down as a classic!

I completely disagree with the English Patient comment - personally, I think it is a wonderful film. But you are entitled to your opinion.

I agree with your comment on the Time Machine. It has to be one of the worst remakes ever. I knew things were going to get BAD when they had a Star Trek line at one point.

The Pacifier - fine for the kids... I guess. Dreadful for the rest of us. The duck was cool, but the rest of it... Cheesy. Painfully so.

^I concur with said review. Heh.

Too Disney. Tried to be more kidsy than clever. Could have been done better. The funny parts were funny, the rest was just kinda lame.-jay

Did you have to sit through any of the Pokemon movies? I wanted to eviscerate myself with my car keys.

the only movie I actually turned off while watching it on DVD/VHS:
The Disney version of 'Three Musketeers' with Keifer Sutherland and other brats of the time (although I do like both Sutherlands as actors...).

Not only was it truly bad, for anyone such as myself who loves the original book, it is an atrocity that should never have evoked Dumas' good name. The 1974 movie is about as good as it gets so far with a movie translation...

You think that's bad--try Marco Polo...(hurl!)

I quite agree with the Excorcist the Beginning. Not at all the atmosphere of the original movie. a couple gruesome scenes, but, that's about it.

I personally enjoy both resident Evil films?

The Village by M. Night ShammaLammaDingDong, was boring to us. I think it's problem was it marketed wrong. We were expecting a horror film, but, really, it's not even a Psychological thriller. Cinematography was great, but not creepy in the slightest, IMHO.

The Village was a huge letdown.
