In case you haven't seen my 40K thread, I mean the books. Maybe I'll look into WoW books next.

We'd never see you again Fist.

I avoid it because I have that kind of personality...open-ended games are something I have to stay away from. Am one of those people who, when getting normal new game, will devote every waking hour to it until it's finished. I don't dare start a game that doesn't ever end.

I just don't have time for real-time games. I play Pantheon (when we play Pantheon :() constantly, wherever and wnenever, just by thinking about it. And I can txt ideas to my email to be written out later. Can't play a real-time game like that.

And, frankly, witty banter gets old pretty quickly.

Clearly, you've never played a RT game. I post to the RT games from my phone while riding the bus around town.

Clearly, you and I have different definitions for "witty". For example, I could banter on here with Creator or Murrin (to name a few) for days and days. There are some witty sons (and daughters) of bitches around here. The stuff you do... is pretty much old before you hit Submit.

See that? See that sick burn right there? That's some witty comedy gold, right there.

If I had the internet on my phone, it might be another matter entirely. But I don't have any need for it beyond games, so I can't justify, not even to myself!, adding that $30+/month fee to our already stretched funds.

God, American telecom services are in the stone age. You don't get it in the standard packages?

No. I really wish we did.
Then again...
If we did, I'd probably never get anything done, I'd be spending so much time on my cell phone surfing the Internet.

What he said! I don't even do 'normal' games now. Probably starve to death or something, never mind lose gf, job, house etc.

Losing your gf, job, house, etc. is just God's way of freeing up your time to focus on gaming. Be thankful it works that way.

Speaking of gaming, Goatkiller, what's happening with Inferno???

I've thought of WOW before but never got around to signing up. But, since Pantheon looks like it might be a thing of the past (very sadly), I might have to look into it again.
The King has one more move.

Meh. I had a bunch of friends who were all over WoW. I signed up. I tried it. Most of the fun was in getting to hang out with those friends. So I just decided to find reasons to go hang out with them, instead.

And Inferno turns just went out a little while ago. Neener neener neener.

Hey guys...if the game is dead, what are we gonna do with the court forums?

Delete them?

Who said the game was dead? Just because it's been nine months since we submitted our turns...

That just means Xar is going to bust loose with something really super-spiffy-awesome-sauce.

Are we talking "hope" or "predict"?
