That sucks Lore. Hell, I went through the same thing a few years ago, but wasn't given a definite like you are apparently getting now.
You have to realize that even though she is the one breaking up with you, that she is in pain too, and is feeling the sense of loss as well. These stupid outbursts happen as a result. My ex made the same sort of comments, and was oblivious to the damage they caused me until a few years later. She has since apologized for most of them, saying that several weren't true. It doesn't exactly make it ok, but at least understanding it makes it a bit better. Try not to take too much of it to heart, like I did. She's trying to kick you out of her heart as well, and when reality doesn't suffice, sometimes inventions do.
Breakups suck, and as much as it is almost always one-sided, it is easy to forget while you are the one hurt that the other party is hurting as well, even if they have someone there to "make it all better."
Now comes the long unhappy uphill climb of getting over her. Good luck to you.
P.S. Also keep in mind that there are two people in relationships, and when things go wrong, it is typically due to both parties, and not just you.

Lore: I know it doesn't help right now, but she sounds kind of immature to me. Anyway, I'm sorry.

Damn Lore, I'm sorry man.
Some people who are pained don't communicate it for one reason or another.
I guess it's easier to just cut the relationship than deal with it.
I'm sorry if you got caught in something like that, it's a terrible position to be in.
But it'll get better in time. Understanding will come too. At least for yourself, and your own actions in the equation.
Much love, man.

Came back from a trip to Atlanta to find my grandmother in the hospital with a broken hip. Waited a few hours for her to come out of surgery, to which she was high on the anesthetics and and accusing us of "leaving her to die". She does look thin and is quite nervous and terrified...it's awful. I'm convinced she'll recover, though...
She's also pretty much my mother, so it's been a rough day.

It's my birthday. It's kind of sucked so far. I'm still waiting on the deal with this new car to go through so I can't drive myself to go have breakfast out or something. I think I'm done aging. 26 is good enough. Where's the goddamn pause button? I read a birthday poem I wrote to myself 4 or 5 years ago and I think I was smarter then.

Thanks heaps to everyone who offered support. I just ended the friendship, which has hurt me deeply. I'll be okay, but I will miss her for a long time.
Thanks again.
Thanks again.

My sister said this to me, and it was pretty wise from someone who often isn't. She said that it generally takes about a year to at least feel normal again. That seems about the correct timeline from the two major breakups in my life. My best wishes to you, sir.Loremaster wrote:Thanks heaps to everyone who offered support. I made a batch of no-bake chocolate cookies just now. I wonder how long it's supposed to take for them to harden. At the rate it's going, I'm not going to find out tonight... mmm...
