Walter wasn't really Mort...he might have been riding in Mort's head like Roland did. But only maybe.

so...at the way station, Jake thought Walter was Mort? or something?
nevermind.

anyway...while we're waitin for Birdy's question, i thought of this one last night. might be an easy one...

When Gasher took Jake to the Tick Tock Man, what was the password Gasher had to tell Tick Tock before gaining admittance and where did he have it on his person? [extra points if you know the name of the person who gave Gasher the password!]

Oooh, good question Luce! I know where he retrieved it from, but I'll have to ponder over what it was....

Here's mine, kinda lame ;) :

What were the last names of the three boys in Wizard and Glass?

(Do you have to know your own answers? I can't remember Cuthbert's.... )

Ok, Alain's last name was Johns.

The password was "bountiful," it was hidden in his bandana, and it was given to him by Hoots.

(And since I'm confident that those are right ( My luck they won't be... ;) :

What was Alain's Father's name, and what nickname was added to it?

I am not going to look it up... I do this thing that is kinda like meditation...I repeat what I know over and over until the memory peepls back the right layer to find missing info. Doesn't work every time, but often enough to repeat the process.

Lost keys are ususally found in this manner!

"...who, in the days of his wild youth, was called Burning Chris."

Does this mean I have to ask another one?

The music from what kind of instrument was played on one of the higher levels of the Tower?

Wild-ish guess : Piano?
But if you're all about the destination, then take a fucking flight.
We're going nowhere slowly, but we're seeing all the sights.
And we're definitely going to hell, but we'll have all the best stories to tell.

Full of the heavens and time.
