If you can tell me how to ship it to you so it's still edible once it arrived, I'll be happy to make you a batch. Home made matzah balls included! ;)

Otherwise, I can share the recipe, but it would be to make and freeze for future need (although it's good just as a meal). If you're well enough to prepare it, then the flu would be in it's diminishing phases.

Well...since I don't keep a kosher home, my version isn't.

Balon: Way cool about singing Loch Lomond in Choir! Being of Irish/Scottish/Celtic descent I love the old world songs and when Fisty and Foulie brought up that one, I just had to post the lyrics. ;)

I've been on the road 7 hours today: arranged visit, daycare, doctor, eye doctor, bank, market, daycare-not to mention mopping the floor, making three beds, doing dishes, loading and unloading dishwasher, watering the gardens...but it's all worth it, they're so cute! :biggrin:

Good news from the eye doctor! No blood, no retinal or optic nerve damage-just preripheral blindness at the far left corner of the left eye-Hayden may very well have a full recovery, in time...Dr. Goldblum said it's better to have damage like this in the left eye as we read English from left to right-but he said if it was Hebrew he'd be in trouble :biggrin:

Haha, if only that were true. :D Although, to be honest, most of the sweat comes from trying to avoid work, rather than doing it. ;)
