Haydon's "Rhapsody" Series?

A place for anything *not* Donaldson.

Haydon's "Rhapsody" Series?

Post by Holsety »

I've never read it, but a friend of mine recently told me I should check it out.

Truth be told, I don't really know if I can trust his opinions in terms of books, even though I think he's intelligent in general. I know he liked Eragon, which I don't like much at all, but I'm willing to give him the benefit of the doubt. Spending money and time on his opinions on books is another.

Does anyone else have opinions on this series which they'd care to share? (care/share, I have a bad habit of noticing when I manage to rhyme)

Hi there.
I know you posted this quite some time ago, but I'm new to this forum, and was perusing the threads when I saw Rhapsody.

I was hesitant to read these as well. The first book is good...the second and third are great...but after that, the series begins to falter, imho. I still look forward to the next book, if indeed there will be one.

I think it's a worthy read. :)
