Here's a copy and paste spiel I made for a few other forums.

We care about ****, right? FE9 was too easy on hard, right? Let's tell NOA that. King of Things at gamefaqs suggested that FE fans send comments to customer service using the Customer Service Form here. I sent mine in using Wii-->General Questions/Feedback (when I clicked other the text box went away, and I didn't read the stuff saying "click here to send your question), but he sent his in through "other".

According to treehouse, which localized FE7-9, the difficulty was changed because japanese gamers complained. If a significant number of american gamers say "we want the hardest mode included" then they may disregard the complaints about FE10's difficulty which have apparently been made recently. It's not very hard to do, please consider giving it a try.

If you think that games should not be changed in difficulty when being ported over, consider dropping a word to nintendo. It might not help. And I'm posting this on some FE communities, so that's where the support will actually matter. But I figured that it was worth doing this on other places too, just in case there was someone else interested.
