I haven't yet seen this, but aTOMiC has been yakking about how great it is, so I stole this from his website:

Well after watching the season premier of DRIVE I find myself drawn into another appealing action/drama with a complex storyline similar to LOST and HEROES. The idea of the race itself is a bit hard to grasp but since there is a plot element that suggests that the Race has been around for decades adds some interesting depth to the premise. Nathan Fillion as Alex is the perfect lead actor. After watching and enjoying Firefly I realize that Nathan had a lot to do with why the show was so great. DRIVE ought to do well in the current genre shows filled with strange mysteries and schemes. I've found a new show for Monday night.
