***Edit: oh yeah the last clip is not appropriate for children or anyone offended by pornography.***

Well, I'm sure some of you know I am a tricker... but instead of posting another video of myself, I decided I'd give you guys a wider perspective. Check out The World's Best Trickers!

Hahaha yes!
I've seen that before, the song is By Dj Coone - The Return, i think it's called.
But if you're all about the destination, then take a fucking flight.
We're going nowhere slowly, but we're seeing all the sights.
And we're definitely going to hell, but we'll have all the best stories to tell.

James, know the name of the activity that these guys do in urban areas, where perform a lot of acrobatics and crazy jumps and things off of buildings and stairwells and such? A lot like the african guy in the opening scene of Casino Royale.

Parkour? I think it is anyway.

Well, actually what you are describing is freerunning. If you so much as mention flips (which is what everyone will asume you mean if you say acrobatics) on a parkour forum, you are extremely likely to get flamed. :P

Not a lot. Basically, the Parkour guys act as if parkour is some sacred, holy act. It is all about moving efficiently... so if you are not using the most efficient way to pass an obstacle, you are not doing parkour (and they will be more than happy to tell you so, generally something like "THAT'S NOT PARKOUR OMG NOOB!!!!111"

Freerunning contains all of the moves of parkour, but no rules. As a result it also has spins, flips, and other "inefficient" moves in it.
