For THOOLAH

This is a... um, rewrite of the Lyrics of the Ballad of Chasey Lane, making it into 'the Ballad of Linden A.,' written for THOOLAH members, who may like it. It needs some work, so if anyone can think of something to make it better, please, please do.
I left the ending similar, because I think it's funny, and because my feelings towards Linden Avery are well known.

Now I'm just thinking of the song to rewrite to be pro-linden...
I'm already thinking about doing a TC song to the tune and theme of 'Rock and Roll Suicide'

I don't know -- I thought maybe you were being sarcastic, so I was surprised when I read the first few lines. I think that's part of what made it seem
so funny to me. And if you're going to do one that's pro-Linden, just find the most depressing song you can think of -- maybe one in which the singer is contemplating suicide. You might not even have to change the lyrics.

I laughed.
Mainly for the shock value though.
Some clever accurate lines but too harsh, way too harsh.
Consider yourself on a 2 month THOOLAH suspension for tarnishing our proud hateful yet PG-13 organization.

I don't think he'll take the suspension too hard. He is, in fact, a Linden-lover, which is why I found his post so amusing.

See, if you look at the original thread where THOOLAH was born I warned against the deceit of the Linden Lovers.

I've been known to spontaneously channel Corruption when I'm rather drunk. I quoted something from IEW to my friend Josh who hadn't read it yet (a bit of poetry,) and he accused me of making things up, and I went into Foul's whole rant on "I would not condescend to lie to you, Groveller," and apparently, for the rest of the evening, could not speak without utter contempt in my voice.
In re: the linden song, I'm thinking about using the song, "Kom Susser Tod" from End of Evangelion. Of course, the Lyrics already fit, sort of. Particularly in relation to the tone of the song. Still trying to find something that rhymes with 'Kleenexing'
