Don't know if there's a YouTube clip for it or not, but the end of the Miami Vice episode 'Out Where the Buses Don't Run' when the Dire Straits song 'Brothers in Arms' starts playing.

As a huge Gene Kelly as a dancer fan...
Gene Kelly in the ballet scene from An American in Paris is one of my favorites (can't find a video link) as well as the singing and dancing routine to Singing in the Rain.
And not to forget Gene Kelly and Jerry Mouse in The Worry Song.
Hyperception wants me to add the prologue scene set to Also Sprach Zarathustra in 2001: A Space Odyssey.

(sorry, couldn't resist!)
you're more advanced than a cockroach,
have you ever tried explaining yourself
to one of them?
~ alan bates, the mothman prophecies
i've had this with actors before, on the set,
where they get upset about the [size of my]
trailer, and i'm always like...take my trailer,
cause... i'm from Kentucky
and that's not what we brag about.

I have so many favored musical moments.....here's a recent one, from Branagh's Henry V - "Non Noblis domine." (about 3:30 in) The scene is immediately after the English victory at The Battle of Agincourt. The single motion camera pan over the battlefield is just beautiful.
Here's a cult hit from the 80's, Streets of Fire. Diane Lane is frikkin' gorgeous!

That's the one. Thanks Null.

From Amadeus, my favorite scene from that movie, showing Mozart's genius and Salieri's mediocrity.

Great choice, dlb!!!!

My favorite moment from that excellent movie is 1:33-2:05 of this, which is a fuller clip of the scene you picked:

Salieri's "Oh yes." to Mozart's question is chilling!

I don't think I've seen it since it came out (and spawned that awful Falco song).
