Football In The Land?

Post by Samadhi Foul »

 Well, read the dang title! Who do you think would make a good quarterback? (Eh, that's the only football term I know. And yes, this is American football. And yes again, I am falling out of my chair as I write this.)

So?.....

Maybe with football, Foul would focus on putting together a good team instead of conquering the Land?
He kind of reminds me of Al Davis the Raiders owner. You know, been around for eternity, spiteful etc.

Foul would probably change his name to, oh, something like George Steinbrenner, and start messing everything up every time his team lost a game.

In any event, the Haruchai Hubris would most likely win the Superbowl every year. Well, to be realistic, the Giant team might take one from us on occasion.

Well now wouldn't it be a sight to see - My money would be on a demondim team, even the Giants would struggle to take on a flying Urvile wedge, but the Lords would field a formidable team (especially if they were allowed to ride 8O and I guess they would probably make up the rules anyway)

I suspect that the ur-vile and waynhim teams would be at a bit of a disadvantage, being blind and all. Good tacklers, I suspect, but their ball play would probably be rubbish.

What about the Ramen? Being able to run as fast as Ranyhyn should make them strong on the offense

I think Grimmand Honninscrave gets my vote as top QB though.

Could we bet our WGD on games? If so, I'll volunteer as the bookie!

I don't want to venture a suggestion, since trying to understand American football is akin to deciphering a Ward...

Though whatever the sport, fielding a team of Elohim would surely be advantageous :P

And, whatever it is that a quarterback does, I suspect the Lurker of the Sarangrave could hold it's own

Cheerleaders:
Linden
Elena
The First
Amatin
Loerya
Hollian
Shetra
Galewrath (Be afraid, be very afraid...)
Lady Alif
Daphin

Who can think of more? :)

(Yes, I am scaring myself with this. But the very idea of the First of the Search in a cheerleading outfit is too good to forget. Then again, I think she'd be too inclined to start hacking away at the opposing team, and the referee would prolly be too afraid to call it a foul.)
