Anyone read any of the FMA books?
If so, how many have you read and who's your favourite character?

I've seen about half the anime, but haven't read any of the manga.

Also, this conversation might need to be moved to the Waymeet....

yeah, if yer gonna talk about the manga version of an anime, then it might not wanna talk about it in a tv forum...

anyway, as far as i know, at least with the DBZ mangas, the show follows the book exactly, unless the series ends, but the manga keeps going, like with Berzerk...

ive only seen a handful of episodes in order, but it was pretty good...only on cartoon network though..havent seen any on dvd, so...id see a couple in order, then go about a week, then see some more, but couldnt really keep up...
Think on that, and be dismayed

What do you do to a man who has lost everything?

Give him back something broken

yeah, I guess I shoulda been more specific when I said this needed to be moved to the Waymeet....if someone's interested in moving it again, it probably belongs in Comics and Cartoons.

I actually felt like the anime borrowed heavily from the Gap Cycle! Anyone else think Roy was exactly the same character as Warden Dios? (And I loved him because of it!)

It usually goes Comic Book (Manga) - TV Show - Movie.

Almost without fail for any successful Japanese franchise.
