Ramsey's Kitchen Nightmares
I couldn't find a thread for this great show, I'm surprised...
I hated Gordon Ramsey when he first stormed on the TV scene, because of his foul mouth and apparent arrogance.I refused to watch him.
I love cooking shows, and my Wife kept saying, check him out, so finally, I watched this show. Now, I'm recording all episodes, totally in line with this man and what he does on this show. He's fantastic! And his time seems genuine, he cares, and wow, is this show entertaining and enlightening!
Anyone?

this is still my attitude towards him, but I admit I have not watched him since Hell's Kitchen days.
well, that's enough to encourage me to give him a try again, but now that we are down to only two stations on our telly, I doubt I'll find the show. Are older episodes online somewhere to check it out?Dromond wrote:I love cooking shows, and my Wife kept saying, check him out, so finally, I watched this show. Here's a decent episode, should give you a feel for the show...
www.sidereel.com/Kitchen_Nightmares_(US ... viewer/424
Fox has more episodes, but they want to install their viewer to watch.
Fancast or hulu will just show the episode. Enjoy!
Edit: I didn't know hulu had so many episodes available, never heard of hulu, I just watched one I never saw (Fiesta Sunrise) Kick ass!
(I never knew any of it was available, searched for Menolly, and learned something new! )
Heh.
Kick ass!

um...
The swearing is the main reason why I haven't watched Ramsey.
If it is in Kitchen Nightmares, then I will probably pass after all.
I do swear on occasion on Messenger or even in posts...
...but it is something I'm just not into IRL.
whether by my own action,
or others.
Not that I let course language interfere with any friendships I have.
But as far as entertainment goes, I invoke my choice not to see or hear it...
...yeah, and if Xar ever saw the above, I would probably get yet another lecture on running from conflict... *sigh*
