I've eaten ostrich and emu at fair booths.
And I like buffalo and venison very much.
Haven't tried llama, yak, or iguana but that doesn't mean I wouldn't if the opportunity presented itself.

I would definitely give the site a try if other sources were more expensive and I could afford the shipping.

I've had bison. It's good. Not such a meat-eater that I'm anxious to try anything exotic, tho.

There were these people who recently asked me if I was against animal tests. I answered that I've tested a lot of animals and came to the conclusion that with enough olive oil, garlic and thyme they all taste well. They didn't ask a second question.

I had a bison burger once. I thought it tasted basically like less fatty beef.

Probably the most unusual thing I tried (excluding various nigiri) is groundhog. It was slow cooked in a crock pot with bbq sauce and it was good. Being from the south, I've tried lots of small mammals, birds and amphibians, but most people tend to look down on consuming groundhogs. I personally would much rather eat a groundhog than an opossum for instance. Groundhogs are vegetarians and the 'possum will eat road kill. I've always wanted to try cougar. The animal on a plate, not the older woman on my johnson. Been there, done that. Repeatedly. All the old explorers said cougar meat was the best.

Really?
I hadn't heard that.

*adds cougar as a potential possibility one day*

If someone else fixed it, I see nothing wrong with trying groundhog. But like quail, while I love them when I get them in a restaurant, they are so small I would probably never bother to fix them myself.
