TC Audio Books?
I've seen people write of Audio Books, but, I've checked both Amazon.com and Ebay and found none? Are there audio books of TC First and Second Chronicles? How does one go about obtaining them if they do exist?
ok, here's the deal
the first trilogy is done by Scott Brick
www.scottbrickpresents.com/wordpress/store99/
He sells them on iamplify at
www.iamplify.com/
You can also get Fatal Revenant there
but you have to buy Runes from a different distributor. You can rent it at SimplyAudiobooks.com
www.simplyaudiobooks.com/audio-books/Ru ... link_num=1&
He is working on the second trilogy due to begin being released in the fall (so I hear)

Yep.. I hope it does well because i really like his readings of Runes and Fatal Revenant so far. im not sure how much he gets from the CD version of Runes but i Think FR is being produced by him alone, could be the same with the first and second Chronicles. it really is worth buying. I think he even was offering a package deal of some type.

the difference between evidence and sources: whether they come from the horse's mouth or a horse's ass.
"Most people are other people. Their thoughts are someone else's opinions, their lives a mimicry, their passions a quotation."
the hyperbole is a beauty...for we are then allowed to say a little more than the truth...and language is more efficient when it goes beyond reality than when it stops short of it.

Can't get to the site here at work, it's blocked. Do you have to pay by Credit card or will Paypal or a check work? (California Resident, in case that matters)
My reading time is extremely limited, but, I commute for an hour each day, so I listen to audiobooks on the way to and from work, and would love to get a set

How to get the audio versions of the Chronicles
Thanks to everyone who posted about how to get the titles on audio, it's much appreciated. And yes, Runes is available from Penguin audio; they hired me to narrate it when it came out, but I've been doing all the others on my own ever since. We've currently finished four of them: Fatal Revenant, as well as the entire First Chronicles. The Second Chronicles continues to be a work in progress, as the paperwork is just taking much longer than anticipated. But soon, promise, soon.
Sindatur, or anyone wanting to download the series, go here first:
www.scottbrickpresents.com/wordpress/store99/
That's the best place to start, as all the books are listed either as individual downloads, or you can just pick the option to do the whole trilogy at once. (And doing it that way is the cheapest, as there's a 10% discount included.) Those links will then take you to the appropriate purchase page. If there's any problem, you can either email me here at the Watch, or directly through the contact button on the website.
Thanks for the support, sindatur! Hope you enjoy them.
Best,

Are you a storyteller, Thomas Covenant?
I was, once.
And you gave it up? Ah, that is as sad a tale in three words as any you might have told me. But a life without a tale is like a sea without salt. How do you live?
I live.
Another? In two words, a story sadder than the first. Say no more -- with one word you will make me weep.

Ordered a set of the 1st Trilogy on CD. It's easy, a few clicks to identify what you want, and then your cart directs you to your paypal account. Now to round up contributions from the family so they can call it a Birthday Present

So...My experience with the first (And second) Chronicles is:
My brother passed in 1995
I was depressed over it, and read the First two Chronicles I inherited from him straight through.
I put Lord Foul's Bane down 3 times, before I was able to get through the rape scene. I think the first reading of the First Two Chronicles took 6 months.
Then, a year later, I was depressed again (or still?) and read them again in another 6 month stint.
Haven't read any First or Second Chronicles since then, and only remember some outlines of the story (Can't give you many details of specific events). I do however, remember the wretching emotions the story pulled out of me each time.
So, this First Trilogy CD Set will be amazing for me, able to experience many of the details for the first time and able to read the Chronicles from the other side of Depression.
I look forward to following the Dissection as I listen (No time for re-reading anything these days, but I commute for an hour a day, so that's all time I can listen to audiobooks). I am allowed a week or so to devour a book 24/7 with the new releases I follow every 2-3 years, but, aside from that, it's rude to take time away from a relationship to read 24/7 (I read slow, reading every word, not speed reading techniques, so reading before bed only can take 6 months for a book)
Also, I have Gilden Fire, which I only started to read, so would appreciate knowing where to slide it in (I'm sure I can knock that book off in a month of "before Bedtime" reading)
