OK, Hierachy, who is that a quote from? It sounds like some performer's sarcasm (could name a couple possibilities). Or is it a lyric?

Dead Kennedys lyric.

What about The Darkness?
Probably the funniest album I've heard since Half Man Half Biscuit, and helping new musicians realise that maybe the 80s weren't all bad.
Q. Why do Communists drink herbal tea?
A. Because proper tea is theft.

Rock: Rush, Led Zeppelin, PF, Who and I could go on and on....

Punk: Ramones, Generation X, Sex Pistols, Stiff Little Fingers and I could go on and on....

Metal: Uhh, I liked a Great White tune, but I can't remember it's name. One of my childhood friends played guitar in Nocturnus, and they were undoubtably very good.

The Police are post-punk, actually, if we want to play this label game. Since they are my favorite band of all time, I'm naturally defensive about setting the record straight.

But I am very glad to see that a veteran of The Watch appreciates The Police! Cheers to amanibhavam! :)
