RIP Jack Horkheimer

Just about the entire extent of my astrology knowledge is due to him. The Miami Museum of Science and Space Transit Planetarium was pretty much it in south Florida when I was growing up.

"Star Gazer" Host Dies

Be at peace, Jack.
I'll always remember Key Biscayne the night the planets aligned...

...oy vey...

I did mean astronomy knowledge.
But yeah, astrology...
...about as close as I ever come to science. ;)
Much to Hyperception's continual dismay.

Not to diss Jack or anything though.

Yes, the Star Hustler.
I used to number him in the "Fat Mustache" club, whose members included Gene Shallot, Joseph Stalin, Rip Taylor, and Avery Schreiber.
He was a cheerful, boisterous fellow.
My favorite telescope sighting was an occultation of Saturn by the full moon. It was awesome.
