Surprised not to see a thread for Tony C, an actor who played some fine roles in a variety of characters. He did high drama, comedy, action adventure, romance, TV, and never seems shy of having a go, like as Stony Curtis in a Flintstones voiceover which was a bit out there at the time but consider now how many do this regularly for things like The Simpsons.
He was a perfect 2nd lead, letting Burt Lancaser, Kirk Doulas etc take the glory whilst he took the girl.
Buried a few days ago, with his favourite things..........

Wow I didn't know that at all...
I loved his performance in The Defiant Ones where he was an escaped con chained to Sidney Potier (like many of Potier's great films [Guess Who's Coming to Dinner, In the Heat of the Night, Lilies of the Field] it went a long way towards breaking the "color" barrier),
then I'd rate
The Vikings (the "Mare of Steel" still get the shivers thinking about that sucker!)
