Darrell K Sweet has passed away. Love his art or hate it, you can't deny that the man created a lot of covers for fantasy novels, including the cover of the first copy of Lord Foul's Bane I ever owned, when I was a wee lad, and picked up the paperback in a drugstore.

That's too bad. His covers graced my first set of the 1st Chrons, as well. RIP, Mr. Sweet.
