An important issue being ignored! ;)

Oh deer (sorry) I haven't stopped laughing yet.

We had the same problem with toads. They built a new estate just up the road on land that had never been built on before and which was the route the toads took to get to the lakes at the back. For several years after the estate was built we had toads coming up out of the drains and covering the entrance to the new road! They couldn't read either, unfortunately.

I bailed at a minute in, as soon as I figured out where it was going.

There is a place in my home state where there were so many deer and moose and cows being hit by cars on a major road, they built a very large tunnel for them and fenced the road for miles along each side.

Which reminds me of a joke. A couple of rednecks went bear hunting. They were hot on the trail of a nice she-bruin when the trail emerged onto a road. A yellow sign by the road said "BEAR LEFT". So they gave up and went home.

The woman is a moron but protecting animals from car accidents is always a good thing.

(We recently got a 'Deer-Park' near my home and there are hopes the population of (miniaturized) deers in it will survive.)

It wasn't called "Toad Hall" by any chance, was it?
(Couldn't resist.)

They don't take long looks at anything, because they lack the courage.
