Hi from Tucson

Post by yesman772003 »

Hello everyone. I've been an SRD fan most of my adult life. I live in Tucson, AZ. I've loved both of the previous Chronicles but I have to admit that I like the Last Chronicles the best. I can't wait until SRD gives us the final chapter in The Last Dark. Btw, my avatar is a pic of a piece of stained glass I made based on a cover for Daughter of Regals and Other Tales. Welcome to the Watch, yesman. Thanks for posting; was wondering the past couple of weeks since you registered whether we'd hear from you.

Nice stained glass work on the avatar...and great quote for your sig.

May you thrive here...and contribute.

Be welcome to the Watch, yesman.
Be Well Come and True.

I adore dragons. That stained glass is sure to take my breath away.

Like the time I ran away
And turned around
And you were standing close to me

Hello Yesman.
I am playing all the right notes, but not necessarily in the right order!

DUH!...that's an easy one. It's either because:
A) He's a "yesman" and newer is better.
B) He's smart as hell, cuz I'm leaning that way depending on Last Dark [which might move it to number 2 instead of best if it disappoints, which i don't expect at all].
C) Both A and B.

Anyway, Howdy!
And don't let me down by not conforming to one of the options listed above, because EVERYONE KNOWS that high-stakes multiple choice testing is the only way to assess anything important.
Don't fail me yesman.
Say yes to my test.

the hyperbole is a beauty...for we are then allowed to say a little more than the truth...and language is more efficient when it goes beyond reality than when it stops short of it.

gheezz am I the only Phoenician? anyway, hello and howdy yes! I am of the mind to agree that as a piece of work, the Last Chrons is of the best and gets more enjoyable and fun to read with the best in TLD. Yes, Donaldson has achieved his goal to make the Fantasy genre a respected and intelligent work of Literature, Art.
If she withdrew from exaltation, she would be forced to think- And every thought led to fear and contradictions; to dilemmas for which she was unprepared.
