I've seen several. I don't have a problem with The Last Airbender, although I haven't been driven to watch it again. Nice visuals, though.

The rest I've seen are, indeed, terrible.

2003's The Room is incomprehensibly bad. It's bad in ways movies have not been bad before or since. It's bad in ways people have never thought movies could be bad. It wasn't even intended to be bad. It looks to have been a serious attempt to make a movie.

It's not bad because of a complete lack of anything good. Although there is a complete lack of anything good. This goes far beyond that. It's negative qualities are breathtakingly intense.

It shouldn't be considered the standard by which we judge bad movies, because it's not fair to other movies that are desperately trying to be bad.

Heh...well it SHOULD...but I think only 2 or maybe 3 were cuz of that. [conversely, maybe only 1].
And there are a handful I didn't count that I might have seen...titles seemed familiar...but I was too lazy to look.

OK I'll allow it, though I must also note that seeing Ed Wood doesn't count for Glen or Glenda and Plan 9 From Outer Space. Even if it feels like it should.

I also have seen 19 of the movies, and yes, several because of MST3K, although a few (notably Santa vs. the Martians) are ones I had seen before I saw them again on MST3K. There are a couple that I might have seen on MST3K, but am unable to say for certain.

10, although mostly towards the earlier part of the list.

Many of them are actually very entertaining because of how bad they are though - Reefer Madness and Plan 9 From Outer Space are great!

How is "Open Water" not on this list????

www.imdb.com/title/tt0374102/

"Hey the boat left without us"....
"what are we gonna do now", "what about now", "how about now", "Hey the current is taking us away", "Ok what now", "what about now", "hey did a fish hit your leg?" "Hey its raining", "OK what about now"

1.5 hours of that and I was rooting for the sharks to end the movie quickly.

Worst....movie.....ever

Far Harbor was the worst movie I ever sat through. It didn't make the list either.

I guess there were some critics who liked it. Or at least who rated it above zero.

(I thought Open Water was mildly interesting.)

I have watched 7 of these remarkable films.
Of those I'm struggling to think of which one I hate the most, Battlefield Earth or Highlander II.

Aw who am I kidding? Highlander II would be at the very top of my "Worst and Most Hated Films of All Time"

:-)

saw 11 of those travesties.

I would probably rate Highlander II just behind "Refer Madness" and "Plan 9". Only movie I've ever seen at the theater where I almost asked for my money back.

The true horror of Highlander II is, of course, that it followed the excellent Highlander. Some of these movies are the only one, not part of a series. But to be let down as badly as HII let us down... There's a special hatred for that abomination.

I saw 5 of them, and parts of 3 or 4 others. I am surprised that a few other movies didn't make the list: Starship Troopers, Son of Mask, Star Trek V....and my most hated film ever, The Notebook

I count 5. Maybe 6. And I'm very disappointed that I missed Sex Lives of the Potato Men.

I just recently watched Howard the Duck for the first time. It was silly, but entertaining for what it was. So piffle on these list makers anyhow. :P

I've seen Sex Lives of the Potato Men. It's a pretty meh comedy. Didn't realise it was thought to be one of the worst films.
